1. Be kind and respectful
Treat people with dignity. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, targeted abuse and threats are not allowed in Moments, comments, profiles or private chat.
2. Share authentic moments
Share food, workouts and daily life you have the right to post. Do not impersonate others or publish deceptive, stolen or misleading content. Avoid presenting edited or AI-generated claims as verified health facts.
3. Respect privacy
Do not publish another person’s private information, messages, image or video without permission. Food and workout journals are private unless their owner deliberately creates a public Moment.
4. Keep the community safe
Sexually explicit, hateful, violent, dangerous or otherwise harmful content is not allowed. Do not promote eating disorders, unsafe exercise, self-harm, illegal activity, scams or dangerous health practices.
5. Follow, chat and call responsibly
Following someone does not entitle you to their attention. One-to-one text chat and voice calling are available only when both people follow each other. Do not spam, scam, pressure, send unwanted messages or make unwanted calls. Unfollowing or blocking prevents new messages and calls.
6. Use AI information responsibly
AI meal results are approximate estimates, not medical or dietary advice. Do not represent them as professional guidance or use them to encourage harmful health behavior.
7. Report and block
You can report Moments, comments or users from the relevant menus. You can also block an account. A report is reviewed by moderation staff and does not automatically prove a violation. Blocking filters the relationship, profile, feed and chat experience according to the service’s block rules.
8. Moderation and enforcement
- New Moments remain pending and hidden from other users until approved.
- Moments can be rejected or removed; comments can be hidden; accounts can be suspended.
- Reported content is reviewed by a moderator. Actions record a reason, operator and time.
- Serious or repeated violations may lead to longer restrictions.
To be confirmed: appeal process and permanent-ban policy.
